With a little TLC we turned an old table purchased on Craigslist for less than $30 into our new Pinterest inspired coffee station.
We added some height by purchasing some legs at Home Depot; stripped and sanded the table; painted the legs white; sealed the top with poly and after just a few hours we had ourselves the first part of our coffee station complete. Stay tuned for progress pictures of our new coffee station area.
We ended 2015 with a bang. Cris and I purchased our first – and last – home.
I can remember when we decided to go ahead and start exploring our options. It was scary and overwhelming. We didn’t know much about the home buying process. The only thing we were certain on was that if we were going to take on such a big responsibility, we wanted to be able to get a home that we could grow into. (Lets be honest no one really enjoys packing or unpacking.)
And so it began. We had so many questions and worries.
Were we bank approval worthy? How much house could we afford?
Will we find the right house? How many houses will we have to see before finding the right one?
